"MAXMECH" Concrete Batching / Mixing Plant is most versatile and efficient plant used globally. This plant is generally used for projects of Airport, Metro Rail, Concrete Road, Dam, Canal, Ready Mix Concrete Plant (RMC), Pre-cast application, Multi-storey & Industrial Building etc.

"MAXMECH" has various configurations in higher range of Concrete Batching / Mixing Plant.
For 66 & 90 m3/hr Plant, MAXMECH has both skip & inline silo with belt conveyor version & for 120 m3/hr inline silo with belt conveyor stationary horizontal batching mixing plants are available.
Generally 'MAXMECH' plant is equipped with Twin Shaft Mixer (BHS make), which produce the quality mix within shortest mixing time. The intensity of mixing is very high and this mixer can tackle big size of aggregates. The mixer is lined inside by very high resistance Ni-hard tiles & has long life sealing of mixer shafts & robust drive unit.
Alternatively "MAXMECH" also provides planetary pan mixer for 66 & 90 m3/hr Cap. Plants for special purpose.

  • Control panel housed in a separate fully insulated sandwich panel type cabin with table, light, laminates,rubber flooring, interiors & provision of air conditioner.

  • Moisture Probe System (In Sand bin & Mixer).
  • Silo Accessories like; Dust collector, level indicator, fluidization pad, pressure relief valve etc.
  • Blower system for cement / fly ash loading in silo.
